So this happened in October, and yes it has taken me this long to put these photos anywhere. I had a wonderful time at this show. Apologies, I Have None are one of my favourite UK bands, and one I have seen a million times in Europe. One of the weird things about moving was not being able to see UK bands anymore, I mean it was obviously going to happen but I miss shows in London, festivals on mainland Europe. So it was a little weird having a UK band come to Chicago and being able to watch a band that soundtracked so much of life in London play in Wicker Park. I hope more UK bands come to Chicago to start their tours, especially now flights are cheaper to the midwest. It was such a great night, full of awesome friends from both sides of the Atlantic and I was super happy.
I haven’t taken photos a lot this year. Whilst talking to a friend about it he said that I’d taken time out from the punk scene, and I guess I have. Perhaps a break was needed because a lot needed to be worked on with my career and myself. But this year I’m going to make more of an effort to see more live music, not just punk but all sorts.
LISTEN TO SOME MUSIC.
APOLOGIES, I HAVE NONE
LOOK AT SOME PHOTOS.
